Position Overview
Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a Project Coordinator to join their client's dynamic team in Colorado. This role demands a highly organized individual who can manage multiple priorities and ensure smooth project operations. The Project Coordinator will play a critical role in maintaining project schedules, managing labor requirements, and ensuring quality standards are met.
Responsibilities
- Understand and maintain a high-level project schedule.
- Maintain labor requirements with forecasting 8 weeks in advance.
- Provide a detailed daily production plan based on available equipment and labor, updated daily.
- Communicate daily production goals to team members.
- Train and hold workers accountable for achieving goals and maintaining quality on the production lines.
- Ensure minimum quality levels are met and all work is completed, including updates in internal systems and providing final reports.
- Conduct daily/weekly production assessments and customer expectation alignment updates, communicated internally and with customers as required.
- Provide customer and accounting reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Remove roadblocks to allow efficient line production, ensuring task updates and packet readiness.
- Plan and manage project goals, schedules, and new information.
- Review project deliverables with a keen attention to detail.
- Exhibit self-discipline and a commitment to learning.
- Act as a team player with solid multitasking, time management, and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple and changing priorities.

Preferred Experience
- Experience with Google Docs, spreadsheets, email, and chat.
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening, speaking clearly and concisely, and being easily understood.
- Solid computer skills and an aptitude for learning new software.
- Proactive thinker.
- Ability to take notes while communicating over the phone simultaneously.
- Strong writing and spelling skills, with the ability to document technical issues clearly and effectively.
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload.
- College experience or diploma, or a high school diploma.
Required Work Hours
Monday to Friday, 1st Shift
Benefits
The position offers competitive pay with a range from $24 to $30 per hour, depending on experience.
